In Eket local government area of Akwa Ibom state, on the 13th of August 2016. A supposed bride ran out of church on discovering that her groom is not a Chevron Staff yet he claimed to be.
On asking the man why he lied, he told the press that he loved the lady but she was materialistic and aimed for big things, so the only way who could lure her to get married to him was to lie to her.
Who is to be blamed? The bride or the groom?
